If you're traveling from the South the leave at the following junctions:
  • M1 - Junction 23a
  • M6 - Junction 15
If you're traveling from the North the leave at the following junctions:
  • M1 - Junction 24a
  • M6 - Junction 16

Travelling by Train/Bus

To get to Alton Towers via public transport, first take a train to eithier Uttoxeter, Stoke-on-Trent or Derby mainline rail stations. From there you can take a bus directly to Alton Towers. To check train times please visit nationalrail.co.uk
