Every day is magical at the Alton Towers Theme Park, but you'll occasionally find an extra special event happening as well!

Events in the past have included fantastical fireworks displays, spooky Halloween activities, a giant chocolate volcano and even a massive beach! The 2010 season will be the home to lots of great special events in the Alton Towers Theme Park, with many more over at the Hotels too!

Scarefest

The biggest event of the year is undoubtedly Scarefest, the big halloween spooktacular taking place between 16th-31st October 2010. Expect to see ghoulish goings on across the resort including scare mazes, larger than life characters, rides the in the dark, ghost stories and much more!
